What Matters?

Finding one's purpose in life does not come served on a silver platter. Instead, each of us must  experience the world for our own self in order to influence our purpose, or the meaning of life. Sometimes I think that my purpose on earth is to suffer, and to be miserable, but I refuse to give in to those notions because they are muddled thought fallacies that impede positive thinking and self progression. In my search for answers to joy, and happiness I happen to stumble onto to something during the time of my illness, and that is to laugh, love, care, think, and to be allowed to be moved and engulfed by emotions because I am human and not a robot. I refuse to wallow in self-pity, but rather embrace adversity with vigor in order to become something better when all is said and done. I pose a question. If anyone amasses everything that they ever wanted to amass, would you feel that you have accomplished living life to the fullest, or will you find you have missed out on life completely. Grab someone you're close to, or say a kind word to someone you've never met before, it just may be the very thing you need. Every second on earth is precious, so enjoy the time here because life goes by in a blur.

  1. With so many things that life has to offer the good, the bad and the ugly I personally have always felt that there is always more to do and something else out there I could experience. But, I try to go through life not looking bad at the hardships of the past, but focusing on the positive achievements of the future.
